So I finally live again.

SMASH! was great. Probably one of the best con experiences I've had, pity that I couldn't take in more of it. Recycled an old cosplay that wouldn't draw too many eyes on the train. Didn't matter too much since I was stuck in a booth almost all day.
I'm waiting on photos from my parental unit. He'll take better photos than I ever could. Although I did manage to get 3 photos. One, I'll refrain from posting to save![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

I'm kind of annoyed that I didn't get more photos. I would have loved some from cosplay chess, one ofqem_chibati as Skadi, one of the host club, one of the maid cafe, etc....
Manifest rego is getting annoying. I'm not particularly thrilled that they've decided on a turn up on the day and try to get in policy. It's too chancy. Not to mention, kind of harsh to interstaters.
Finally got around to watching Transformers. Bumblebee is love. Autobots are love. Optimus Prime's line where he says "Like us, there's more than meets the eye" is lots and lots of love. I'm still iffy on some parts like the whole Sam gets a girlfriend after a life-death situation, so many plot questions abound after watching it. Nevertheless, it's something I wouldn't mind watching after I skip certain parts of it.
