Forgot to put that in.

I used self-raising...of course if you only have plain then add baking powder, but I'm never sure how much I should add, so it's easier for me to buy SR flour.

I probably should also add that it tastes best when it just comes out. Eat it when it's warm or at least at room temperature. Once it goes in the fridge, it doesn't taste as good and dries out.
