Straight from the pot.

The photo's a little dark but it's supposed to be a red curry.
I was craving Thai curry but I think I may have overcooked it a tad as it's a lot thicker and creamier than expected. I forgot how easily coconut milk can reduce.
I was trying it with veal, potatoes, carrots and peas which are probably buried underneath there somewhere.......
Still, it has a lovely bite to it. I think instead of green peas, I'll try snow peas next time.

The magic of a good curry is lost in photography; right now I'm desperately craving that stuff now (thanks!) while pulling a o_O / D: face at the picture. Or maybe the mention of peas. I don't like peas.

I love peas...not the mushy kind though ( >_< )

My general suckiness at photography has also probably contributed to that as well.
